The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 643 of 2011 (New No. 3551 of 2017) within a specified time frame.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2011, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
