Heard Sri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 7.5.2019 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 7.5.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 6th line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 7.5.2019 Section 377 I.P.C. stands deleted and two weeks further time is granted to the applicant no.1-Kapil Agrawal to appear and move application for bail before the court concerned as directed by this Court vide its order dated 7.5.2019 and the same shall now be read as such.
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
