This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner Kaparthy Kumar, accused No.2, against the judgment dated 25-03-2008 in Criminal Appeal No.164 of 2007 passed by the learned VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the petitioner died and the death certificate is also filed.
3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
