The grievance of the petitioner is that the interim order of injunction granted by this Court on 04.09.2014 is violated by the respondent by releasing the document.
2.The respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that the document was released on 02.09.2014 even before the order was passed by this Court on 04.09.2014.
3.Considering the fact that the document was released even before the grant of order of interim injunction on 04.09.2014 and considering the fact that the said interim order was also an ex-parte order, I find no contempt is made out.
4.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his right in the main writ petition. No costs.
