After some argument, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply for recall of order dated 24.1.2018, whereby the trial court has closed the evidence of the petitioner and has fixed the case for final hearing.
The prayer made is allowed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
