JUDGMENT / ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.1271 of 2013, who is the fourth defendant in O.S.No.4668 of 2011, on the file of the XVI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is the petitioner in both the Civil Revision Petitions.
2. The suits are filed for partition and separate possession. Though originally the suits were filed in different Courts, it is stated that by virtue of Tr.O.P., both the suits are now transferred to the file of the XVI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, and they are pending. It is also stated that the trial has already commenced. It is not known as to why the revision petitions are filed seeking for early disposal of the suits. The only reason stated is that revision petitioner is 64 years old and suffering from various ailments and hence, prays to complete the suits at the earliest point of time. As the trial has already commenced in both the suits, the trial shall be completed and the suits shall be disposed of at the earliest, however, not beyond 30.04.2017.
3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
