ORDER:
“The petitioner is A1. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 498-A and 313 IPC. The petitioner is said to be a Dentist by profession. It is alleged that the petitioner is innocent of the offences levelled against him. The other accused would appear to have been enlarged on bail/anticipatory bail already. I, therefore, consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail in view of the nature of the offences levelled against him.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.”
