This Criminal Petition is filed to call for the records in CC.No. 1481 of 2007 on the file of IV-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal and quash the same.
2. In this matter none appeared for the petitioner inspite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal.
3. As seen from the records, the petitioner earlier filed a Criminal Petition No. 1505 of 2008 and the same is dismissed as some material papers are not filed.
4. Sub-Inspector of Police, Subedari Police Station after due investigation filed charge sheet against the petitioners alleging that they are liable for punishment for the offence under section 420, 405 and 506 IPC.
5. As no one appeared and no interest is evinced to prosecute the case, Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
