1. Pursuant to order dated 4-5-2012 of this Court, Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader, has taken instructions in writing vide letter dated 7-5-2012 of the Collector, Amreli addressed to the learned Government Pleader. It is stated by Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader, that the Collector is ready and willing to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
2. The communication dated 7-5-2012 of the Collector, Amreli is taken on the record of the case.
3. Mr.D.K.Nakrani, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Collector, Amreli. However, the Collector may be directed to intimate the petitioner regarding the date of hearing.
4. Accordingly, the following order is passed:
The Collector, Amreli shall intimate to the petitioner the date for personal hearing, and grant him an opportunity of being heard.
5. Mr.D.K.Nakrani, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of, in the above terms.
6. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of, in the above terms, without entering into the merits of the case.
