(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN) Heard party-in-person as well as learned counsel appearing for the Fees Regulatory Committee.
This Court had earlier passed order in Special Civil Application No.3639 of 2009 directing the Fees Regulatory Committee to examine the grievance raised by the management and also documents if any produced by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Fees Regulatory Committee submitted that no document has been produced, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner could not be examined.
Party-in-person submitted that he will produce the relevant documents on or before 14th September, 2009.
Under the circumstances, the Special Civil Application is disposed of directing the petitioner-party-in-person to produce the relevant documents on or before 14th September, 2009 and the hearing as per the our earlier order be fixed on 17th September, 2009. Needless to observe that it will be open for the management to file rejoinder before the date of hearing.
Special Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
