Mehta for the applicant and submits that Mr. Vicky B.Mehta has addressed Registered Post Acknowledgment Due (RPAD) letter dated 23.03.2012 to the applicant whereby Mr. Mehta has expressed his inability to appear in all these three matters and has asked the applicant to make alternative arrangement. Mr. Jhaveri further relies upon RPAD receipt which bears the signature of the recipient on behalf of the applicant herein dated 02.04.2012.
