Goswami, learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that the respondent No.3 Bank has scheduled the auction, which is likely to take place on 20.3.2012. Therefore, registry is directed to issue notice qua respondent No.3 Bank, returnable on 21.3.2012.

In the meanwhile, the respondent No.3 Bank will not proceed with the auction, until the next date.
