Mr.Pandya, learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.

State to verify the genuineness of the grounds and antecedents of the applicant-convict.

Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, shall also ascertain from the convict, through the jail authorities, as to whether the applicant is in a position to furnish the surety of having immovable property worth not less than Rs.25,000/-, in the event, the Court is inclined to exercise the discretion.
