By means of the present application under Section 372 Cr.P.C, the applicant is targeting the validity and veracity of the judgment dated 18.09.2018 by which learned Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C. II, Bulandshahar has acquitted the accused persons.
I have gone through the impugned judgment by which learned Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C-II, Bulandshahar has microscopically scrutinized all the relevant documents available on record and has acquitted the accused person. The age of the accused/applicant is 72 years old.
Under such circumstances, I do not find any good ground to interfere in the impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
