Sri Yashwant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioner no. 1 Smt. Kanti Devi had died after filing of the writ petition and that he has instructions on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3 as well as heirs of Smt. Kanti Devi to withdraw the writ petition as there is likelyhood of settlement with the Bank.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
