JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.
The petition seeks issuance of a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to transfer the investigation of case crime No.0094 of 2020 under Sections- 323, 308 IPC, police station Baxi Ka Talab, District Lucknow from Baxi Ka Talab to any other police station or any other independence agency.
No case for interference is made out in the matter.
The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
