The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision filed against the order dated 28.5.2018 passed in a partition suit was pending since 2019. Further grievance of the petitioner is that the stay application filed along with the Revision was also not heard till date. A prayer has, therefore, been made that the Revision and the application for interim relief pending in the Court of Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra be decided expeditiously.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Revision being Revision No.C-201901000001379 (Smt. Kantho vs. Shiv Lal & Ors.) itself be decided within a period of four months and orders be passed on the application for interim relief within a period of two weeks, from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
