O R D E R Mr. Kalyan R, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent No.1.
With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, seeks a writ of mandamus to respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 09.04.2018 and 26.04.2018 vide Annexures J and J1 to the writ petition filed by the petitioner by a speaking order.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of by giving directions to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representations submitted by the petitioner in a speaking order.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the suitable action in accordance with law shall be taken.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representations dated 09.04.2018 and 26.04.2018 vide Annexures J and J1 to the writ petition by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
