Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3; and perused the record.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not taking adequate steps to restore possession of the petitioner's land, which has been occupied by land Mafia.
Neither the person who has allegedly occupied the petitioner's land has been made party-respondent nor there is any pleading in the petition to demonstrate that the person occupying the alleged land has been declared a land Mafia or there are several cases pending against him.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file fresh petition by making adequate disclosure and impleading proper parties.
