1. This application for being impleaded as legal heirs of the petitioner has been preferred in wake of the death of petitioner Kantaben Babulal Vishnuprasad Bhatt in Special Civil Application No. 9796 of 2011. The death certificate of Smt. Kantaben is also brought on record.

3. The petitioner is permitted to be impleaded as legal heir of the original petitioner in the main petition being Special Civil Application No. 9796 of 2011. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within one week in the cause title.
