Heard Sri Brijesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State respondents.
Challenge in the present matter is the termination order dated 01.04.2019 passed by Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Company Limited which is neither State nor an instrumentality of the State.
Therefore, no writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is maintainable against the respondent No.2.
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
