Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the restoration application dated 4.8.2018 pending before the court of Tehsildar Kasimabad in Case No. T20172980112346 under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act (Yogesh Chandra Singh vs. Shrikant).
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the first respondent, Tehsildar, Kasimabad, District Ghazipur. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the first respondent, expeditiously.
