2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 27.3.2013 in Rc.No.E3/13459/2011 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.9.2012 has been complied with.
3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the present contempt petition is closed.
