JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner, to participate in the interview, scheduled from 13th March 2017 to 16th March 2017 or any other dates, for recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) under the SC (priority), inter-caste marriage category.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the respondents are prepared to consider the petitioner's representation to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 16.03.2017.
3. Based on the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:-
?The petitioner shall appear before the respondents on 16.03.2017 and on such appearance, the respondents shall permit the petitioner to participate in the interview. Based on the decision ultimately taken by the respondents, with regard to eligibility and the other issues, final decisions will be taken by the respondents, whether to consider the petitioner under SC priority category or not. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
