Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. By ths Writ Petition is filed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate and effective police protection to the life of the petitioner, his son and workers and to the property of the petitioner from the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that there was certain financial transactions between the parties and both the parties were called to the police Station. Petitioner himself did not appear.
This Court has already granted an order on 15th May 2012 W.P. (C ) No. 10956 of 2012 - T 2 directing police protection. Learned Government Pleader submits as per the direction of this Court, protection has already been granted and by efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
