JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the Cr. No.48 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the proceedings against the petitioner.
2. It is a case of the petitioner that he is in no way related to the second respondent, who is said to be the defacto-complainant before the lower Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
