The prayer in this petition, is to quash Annexure D and to modify condition No.1 in the order in Crl.M.P.No.392 of 2014 of the Sessions Court, Pathanamthitta. 2. Heard. Condition No.(1) in Annexure-C Order in Crl.M.P. No.392 of 2014 of the Sessions Court, Pathanamthitta, is modified as follows:

“The petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only), with two solvent sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the court below.”

Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
