1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-
[A] Be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 13.09.2011 passed below Exh.10 in the interest of justice.
[B] Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned order dated 13.9.2011 passed below Exh. 10 in the interest of justice, [C] ........"
2. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Considering the peculiar facts of the case, I am of the opinion that ends of justice would be met by passing the following order.
3. If the petitioner prefers an application to the Tribunal requesting to hear the appeal pending before it on day to day basis, the Tribunal shall consider and decide the same on day to day basis, in accordance with law. The petitioner shall prefer the said application within a period of 15 days from today. It is however observed that the Tribunal shall decide the appeal independently without being influenced by the earlier order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. Direct Service is permitted.
