JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having considered the submissions advanced and so also considering the averments made in the application, it transpires that the delay of 3 months and 16 days have been aptly and sufficiently explained. The delay, therefore, deserves to be condoned.
The application is allowed and the delay of 3 months and 16 days caused in preferring the Appeal from Order is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
