Case of petitioner is that his application for transfer of fire- arm licence is pending consideration before respondent No.2 since 09.10.2018.
In view of the above, it is expected that respondent No.2 shall decide the application of petitioner for transfer of fire- arm licence within a period of six months from the date of production of certfied copy of this order.
