JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. Mahendra Chauhan, learned advocate for the appellant.
2. Admit.
The following substantial questions of law arise for determination:-
Whether the lower appellate court was justified in disregarding the clear unambiguous language used in the registered sale deed?
Whether the document Exh.27 can be said to have been duly proved and whether the courts below were justified in placing reliance upon the same?
Whether when part of the consideration had admittedly been paid, the sale deed could have been declared to be without consideration and void?
