The dispute in the suit relates to the constitution of the Committee formed to administer the Palora Higher Secondary School, Ulliyeri. The amendment of the plaint sought in I.A. No. 989/2010 pertaining to the Committee deserved to be allowed though refused by the Court below. Ofcourse there is no necessity to implead the official respondents as sought in I.A. No. 988/2010 since they can as well be summoned as witnesses in the suit.
2. I.A. No. 988/2010 is dismissed and I.A. No. 989/2010 is allowed. The defendants are permitted to file an additional written statement to the amended plaint.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
