This writ petition has been filed , inter alia, for the following relief:
" issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.6.2018 duly served in the office of respondent o.3 on same day by a reasoned and speaking order within stipulated period so that the justice may be done; otherwise the applicant/petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.(Annexure no. 8 to the writ petition)."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents .
In substance the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non disposal of his representation dated 30.6.2018 made before the respondent no. 3, Executive Engineer, Nagar Palika Parishad , Azamgarh.
Without entering into the merit of the representation, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Respondent No. 3 to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.6.2018 in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the this order.
It will be open to the petitioner to annex a xerox copy of his earlier representation along with the certified copy of this order.
