This appeal is of the year 2005. Called out. None is present.
This appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) CPC, 1908 has arisen from order dated 21.8.2003 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aligarh in original suit no.199 of 2003.
As this is an appeal of the year, 2005, we direct the Court below to proceed with the aforesaid suit and decide the same expeditiously, if yet not decided and in any case, within a period of six months from date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of.
