Following orders were passed in the matter on 21.2.2019:-
"Grievance is that though petitioner's GPF has been sanctioned by the Deputy Director of Education on 24.7.2018 but the petitioner has not been released such amount. Submission is that merely because sufficient funds are not available with the authorities, it would not be open for them to keep the petitioner's claim pending for an indefinite period.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions in the matter from respondent no. 1. Put up as fresh on 28.2.2019."
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions states that the amount of Rs.18,43,322/- has been credited to the account of petitioner. This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, no further grievance survives. Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
