No one appears for the revisionist even in the revised call.
The present revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 11.06.1992 passed by Ist Additional Munsif Magistrate, Mohammadabad, Gazipur in Criminal Case No. 878 of 1990 (State vs. Jaddu & ors.) under Sections 323, 504, 506 & 504 I.P.C. whereby opposite parties had been acquitted.
Learned A.G.A., though appearing for the State-respondent could not point out any infirmity in the order dated 11.06.1996.
From a perusal of the order impugned, this Court does not find any jurisdictional error, material irregularity or judicial impropriety in acquittal of the opposite parties.
No interference is required.
