Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for a direction to second respondent i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Ballia to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2017 for payment of salary within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to third and fourth respondent also.
