Heard Sri Ashutosh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dhirendra Singh, brief holder for the respondents no. 1 to 3.
Copy for the Land Management Committee has not been served on anyone stating that there is no counsel.
Sri Diwakar Singh and Sri R.C. Upadhayay, learned counsel who are present in the court inform that Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav is the counsel for the respondent no.4-Land Management Committee.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief claimed in the writ petition has wrongly been transcribed as the relief claimed is with reference to some other writ petition. He prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition seeking proper relief.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
