The applicants have approached this Court with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants Kanhaiya Madhesiya, Rahul Madhesiya, Vikash Madhesiya and Vivek Madhesiya in Case Crime No.82 of 2021, under Section 498-A, 304-B, 302 and 34 I.P.C. and 3, 4 D.P. Act, P.S. Therwa, District Kushinagar.
This application is barred by Section 438 (6) Cr.P.C.. It is accordingly rejected.
