Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to decide the Marriage Petition No. 1602 of 2014 (Kanhaiya Mahaur vs. Soniya Mahaur) under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to decide the Marriage Petition No. 1602 of 2014 (Kanhaiya Mahaur vs. Soniya Mahaur) under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
