Heard Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent no.1. No notice has been served on respondent no.2.
The petitioner retired from the post of Branch Manager, District Co-operative Bank Limited, Deoria on 31.7.2017.
The sole grievance is that his retiral dues has not been paid. In this regard he has made a representation on 17.1.2018, which pending consideration.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
