It is therefore, directed that theCase No. 913 of 2015 under section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act pending before Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, District Allahabad, shall be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
