None present from revisionist side on revised call.
Shri. P. K. Dwivedi, Advocate holding brief of Shri. Rajiv Lochan Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2, has informed that this revision has become infructuous. As it was preferred with a request to quash the order passed on discharge application where the revisionist have been convicted in this case.
Perusal of the record also shows that from the side of opposite party supplementary affidavit dated 17.05.2018 was also filed in which the statements of P.W-1, P.W-2, P.W-3 and P.W-4 have been attached. He has also produced copy of judgement dated 20.07.2019 passed in criminal case no. 789 of 2012 (State Vs. Kanhiyalal) Case Crime No- C-9 of 2006 under Section 417, 468, 193 I.P.C, Police Station Kotwali, District Varansi by which the revisionist have been convicted for the offences under Section 417,468 I.P.C. Vide judgement dated 20.07.2019 passed by A.C.J.M-2, Varansi, the judgement is taken on record.
In view of the statements and the judgement, revision appears to be infructuous, therefore, the same is dismissed.
