This application was given under Section 482 Cr.P.C with request to quash impugned order dated 26.07.2016 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2, Varanasi in Case No. 789 of 2012 (State Vs. Kanhaiyalal) under Sections 417,468,193 I.P.C, Police Station Kotwali, District Varanasi.
Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that this application has become infructuous in the case in which impugned order was passed has resulted in conviction of the revisionist.
Hence, the application has become infructuous the same is accordingly dismissed.
