The limited relief pressed for by means of this petition is to issue a direction to the respondent no.2 / Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur to ensure that the investigation is completed in Case Crime No. 756 of 2017, under Sections147, 149, 302, 201, 506 IPC, P.S. Sikrara, District Jaunpur within a fixed time frame.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to ensure that fair investigation is conducted and concluded in the offence, referred to above, in accordance to law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
