This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction to the Court below to decide the Criminal Case No. 12726 of 2017 (State Vs. Pintu Patwa and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 281 of 2017, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Rajghat, District Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gorakhpur.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2017 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments as expeditiously as possible.
