The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to respondent no.1 to decide Adjudication Case No.05 of 2015 within a stipulated period.
The proceedings are pending since the year 2015. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that dates are being fixed for disposal of certain miscellaneous applications.
Having regard to the fact that the proceedings are pending since the year 2015, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the first respondent to ensure speedy disposal of the case, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
