Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the First Information Report dated 7.3.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 162 of 2018, under Sections 379, 411 I.P.C., at Police Station - Hari Parvat, District - Agra.
The allegation in the First Information Report is regarding theft of a Honda Activa vehicle by an unkown accused.
According to the petitioners, though they are not named in the First Information Report but their name came to light on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person.
On the aforesaid ground, neither the First Information Report can be quashed nor the investigation can be interfered with. The petitioners are at liberty to surrender and apply for the bail.
