Kangraj vs State

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application after some period.

Permission as prayed for is granted. Present application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to applicant to file fresh application for bail after a period of one year if the appeal of the applicant shall not be decided till then. Rule is discharged.
