1. On 25.06.2012 this Court had passed the following order;
"In view of sick note of Mr. Rao, learned advocate for the petitioner, matter is adjourned to 26.06.2012.
It is made clear that on the next date, if learned advocate for the petitioner is not in a position to conduct the matter, he shall make alternative arrangement to conduct the matter."
2. Today, learned counsel Mr. Rao has filed leave note. In view of the same, Notice to the petitioners, returnable on 10.07.2011. Either of the petitioners shall remain present before this Court on the returnable date since the learned advocate on record Mr. Rao is not assisting the Court by conducting the matter.
